Independent service provider

Turnout is an independent service operated by Thagorus PBC. It is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, approved or certified by any fitness franchisor. A studio owner’s decision to use Turnout, or grant account access, does not establish franchisor approval.

Account and permission requests must accurately identify each person’s role and Turnout’s independent-provider status. Connecting an account, granting a technical role or paying Turnout does not replace required account-owner, franchisor or platform approvals.
