How it started

Built for my mom’s studio.

My mom Kim owns a fitness studio. She was struggling to grow leads and revenue, but didn’t want to throw more money at advertising that wasn’t delivering. So I started studying everything that goes into running ads for a studio—the targeting, the creative, the timing, what actually gets people to walk through the door.

I’m an entrepreneur and marketing engineer. I’d built ad systems for my own brands, Homesick Candles and NorSari. After months of research, I figured out how to use machine learning to make the work faster, more intelligent and less dependent on hours of manual campaign management. So I built it for her.

“Her leads went from 58 to 219 a month. Her cost per lead dropped by half.”

A few weeks later, I mentioned it to another studio owner. She stopped me mid-sentence: “Wait—can I use that?”

What does Turnout do?

We manage Facebook and Instagram advertising: research, creative, targeting, testing and review. Machine learning and shared campaign intelligence inform the work; your offer, local audience and budget shape each campaign.

What is network intelligence?

Learning from more than one location. We combine public creative research and authorized campaign observations to find promising patterns, adapt them to your market and test them locally. Your results still depend on your own campaign.

Where do leads go?

We confirm the lead destination for your setup before launch. ClubReady delivery is available for supported fitness-studio arrangements. Your team handles follow-up; other CRM and booking integrations need a capability check.

What does it cost?

The supported fitness-studio plan is first month free, then $300/month per studio, with no setup fee. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta. Other business arrangements are scoped and priced before work begins. Existing customer prices, price locks and commitments remain as agreed.

What happens if ads stop?

For the existing studio plan, days your ads do not run are not charged unless you paused them yourself. Your actual agreement governs the terms for your business.

Do I need videos?

We can help prepare creative from materials you own or have permission to use. We'll review the available footage, your brand and offer together.

Can I cancel?

For the existing studio plan, you can cancel at any time and service runs through the end of the month you've paid for. Your actual agreed cancellation and refund commitments apply.

How do I get started?

Tell us about your location, goals and current advertising. We'll confirm the scope, supported setup and account permissions. Obtain any required franchisor and platform approvals before granting access. Continue a supported studio setup ↗

Turnout is an independent service operated by Thagorus PBC, a Delaware company operating from Austin, Texas. Account access does not establish franchisor approval.
