Delete your Meta data
Turnout holds connected Facebook Page and Instagram account details, ad account and campaign data, ad performance, lead form submissions (including names, email addresses, phone numbers and form answers), access tokens and consent records. We use these to manage studio ads, report results and deliver leads. See our Privacy Policy.
Request deletion
Email nate@schmiedehaus.com with the subject “Turnout Meta data deletion.” Include your studio or business name and the email address connected to Turnout. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may ask for information to verify your authority over the data.
You can also use Meta’s automated request: open Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (or Business Integrations), find Turnout, and select the option to request deletion of the data Turnout received. Meta sends us a signed request and provides a confirmation link where you can check its status. If that option or confirmation link is unavailable, email us.
What happens next
We verify your request, remove the Meta data and access tokens within its scope, and confirm the result within 30 days. A received or processing status means deletion is still pending. We explain any records we must retain for legal obligations, and any data held independently by Meta or your studio’s membership system.
Remove Turnout’s access
In Meta Business Settings, open Partners, select Turnout (Thagorus PBC), and remove its access to the relevant ad accounts, Pages and datasets. You can also remove Turnout under Business Integrations or Apps and Websites. Only an administrator of the business that owns an asset can remove its partner access; contact that administrator if needed. Removing access stops future access but does not itself delete data already held by Turnout.
